ITSM Launch - GSCS Qatar
Dear Colleagues,
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Help Desk platform (https://helpdeskqatar.gscsgulf.com/) for GSCS QATAR to improve our IT support, available immediately to all our users.
With this system, you’ll be able to reach in a flash with the IT team, ready to provide you all the available services and support.
All users can register and login to raise tickets, track the progress of support ticket, view past tickets and monitor all actions taken to assist with an answer/solution.
We therefore would like to invite all users including permanent and temporary employees to direct any questions/queries/issues to the new ITSM system.
Please note that you will be receiving an activation email from our helpdesk email after a while kindly register at the earliest.
Also, please be informed that no IT service request or incident reported will be fulfilled until the relevant ticket regarding your concerns is raised on the ITSM system.
The system is very easy we encourage you to register and follow the steps for raising or requesting any IT service, do let us know we are ready to help if you face any issues or having any confusions with the new system
